A. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Introduction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not members of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are located outside the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The return address will be communicated to you separately after exercising the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please do not return goods to us without prior coordination, as acceptance otherwise cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This applies in particular to individually customized jewelry made according to customer specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
